Alain RAYMOND

Alain RAYMOND currently serves as the customer support manager for France at ChapsVision, a position held since July 2025. Previously, Alain held multiple roles at Nestor & Nelson (TELETECH INTERNATIONAL) in 2006, including technical manager, client director, developer, and production manager. From June 2016 to October 2020, Alain was the establishment director at TELETECH INTERNATIONAL. Prior to the current role, Alain was responsible for remote operations at Anycommerce by ChapsVision from November 2020 to July 2025. Alain holds a BTS in international trade from ESIG Bordeaux (1992-1994), a BTS in management IT with a developer option from AFPA Pessac (2000-2001), and a license in international trade from CCI Bayonne Pays Basque (1998).
