Youri Dutel

Youri Dutel is an experienced intelligence professional currently serving as an Intelligence Project Manager at ChapsVision since September 2025. Previously, Youri worked as an Anti-Piracy Project Manager at Canal+ Group from August 2022 to September 2025, and held roles including Chef de Projet / OSINT at GEOS Group for a brief period and Co-Coordinator of the OSINT club at AEGE - Le réseau d'experts en intelligence économique from October 2022 to July 2023, where responsibilities included managing projects and training students. Youri's earlier experience includes roles as a Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst at Intrinsec and a Strategic Intelligence Consultant at VFM Conseil. Youri also served as a soldier in the 1st Parachute Chasseur Regiment from October 2015 to March 2017. In terms of education, Youri holds an MBA in Risk, International Security, and Cybersecurity from Ecole de Guerre Economique, along with Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in International Relations and Economics from Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III) and Plekhanov Russian University of Economics.
