Tom Delay CBE

Tom Delay CBE is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and advisory roles, currently serving as the Chief Executive of the Carbon Trust, a position held since 2001. In this role, they transformed the organization from grant funding to commercial funding, resulting in a significant expansion to 350 staff across multiple countries. They have previously served as a Management Consultant at McKinsey & Company and A.T. Kearney, and held leadership positions within Shell, where they managed significant operations across regions. Tom is also involved in academia as the Chair of the Advisory Board for the MSc Climate Change, Management & Finance at Imperial College Business School and serves on various boards, including the Global CO2 Initiative at the University of Michigan and Severn Trent's Corporate Sustainability Committee.
