Byron Kahr

Byron Kahr has an extensive work experience in the legal field. Byron currently serves as the General Counsel at Chapter, starting from July 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Kaltura for a period of 10 years, from August 2012 to July 2022, as the EVP and General Counsel. Before joining Kaltura, they were an Associate at Strumwasser & Woocher LLP from September 2010 to August 2012. Byron also gained valuable experience as a Law Clerk to the Hon. Dean D. Pregerson at the U.S. District Court, C.D. Cal. from August 2009 to August 2010, and as a Law Clerk to the Hon. A. Wallace Tashima at the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit from August 2008 to August 2009.

Byron Kahr's education history includes obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in American Studies and History from Northwestern University. After completing their undergraduate studies, Byron pursued further education at Yale Law School, where they earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
