Marcello Halitzer

Marcello Halitzer is currently the Head of Finance at Chapter. Prior to this, they were the Managing Director at Buttonwood Network from February 2018 to February 2022. Buttonwood is a FinTech software platform and marketplace for late-stage, venture-backed companies to raise financings more efficiently by connecting them with institutional investors. Before their time at Buttonwood, Marcello was an Investor at Sagard Holdings from March 2016 to February 2018 and Sagard Capital from February 2014 to March 2016. Prior to their time in venture, Marcello worked as an Investment Banker at Credit Suisse from July 2012 to January 2014. Marcello started their career in finance as a Summer Analyst at Credit Suisse in June 2011 and August 2011. Marcello has also held the role of Co-President/Business Development at GraffitiWall from January 2009 to January 2012.

Marcello Halitzer earned a BA in Economics from Williams College.

Their manager is Cobi Gantz, CEO. They work with Mariana Thomas - Head of Communications, Media, and Brand, Daniel Mori - Head of Marketing, and Corey Metzman - COO.
