Ajith Seran

Ajith Seran has a strong background in hardware engineering and electrical systems design, with experience in various companies. Ajith currently works at Chara Technologies as a Lead Hardware Engineer, where they are responsible for the design, development, and testing of motor controller hardware for electric vehicles. Prior to this, they worked at DAO EVTech as a Lead for Vehicle Electrical Systems, where they specialized in designing and developing electric powertrain components for two-wheelers. Ajith also has experience as a Project Associate at the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, where they focused on hardware design and testing of motor drives and inverters for electric vehicle applications. Additionally, Ajith worked at Bharat Electronics as an Engineer, where they designed and tested high-frequency switching power supplies, and at Infoplus Technologies UK Limited as a Junior Engineer.

Ajith Seran attended Shanmugha Arts, Science, Technology and Research Academy from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications in "Critical Thinking for Better Judgment and Decision-Making" and "Project Management Foundations" from LinkedIn in July 2020.
