Eric Eubank

Eric Eubank is a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer at CharacterStrong, with extensive experience in software engineering and team leadership roles spanning over two decades. Prior to joining CharacterStrong in September 2024, Eric served as a Principal Software Engineer and Lead Engineer at PowerSchool from April 2016 to August 2024, where responsibilities included leading an agile team, managing product backlogs, and enhancing the Schoology platform. Eric's earlier experience includes roles at R&K Solutions, Inc. as Engineering Team Lead, and as a Software Engineer, where Eric architected geospatial products and mentored junior engineers. Eric's technical foundation was built through roles as an Independent Contractor, Audio and Video Technician, Computer Lab Technician, and Bookstore Assistant, complemented by academic qualifications in Computer Science from William & Mary and an Associate of Science from Richard Bland College.
