Matthew Mrozinski is currently the Managing Director and Global Head of Mergers and Acquisitions at Chardan, a position held since 2015. Previously, Matthew served as President of North America for Millennium & Copthorne Hotels from 2014 to 2015, and held senior roles in investment banking at Citi and Deutsche Bank between 2006 and 2014. Matthew earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Rutgers University-New Brunswick in 1997.
