Simon Vogt

Simon Vogt has a diverse work experience in the automotive industry. Simon co-founded &Charge GmbH in 2020 and currently holds the role of Co-Founder & CSO. Prior to that, they worked at Porsche AG from 2017 to 2019, where they served as the Product Owner Porsche Charging Service and Coordinator of E-Services for the Porsche Taycan. Simon was responsible for the implementation and operations of the first Smart Mobility Service in Porsche's EV ecosystem, including its roll-out in various global markets. Additionally, they set up the foundation for Porsche's own Chargepoint Operation Center. Before their time at Porsche AG, Simon worked as a Management Consultant at Porsche Consulting from 2015 to 2016, focusing on research and development, as well as sales and marketing in the E-Mobility sector. Simon also gained experience at BMW Group from 2012 to 2015 as an E-Mobility Product Manager and Project Lead, where they were responsible for the implementation and operations of BMW i Wallboxes. Simon's earliest work experience was as a Sales Manager at Auto-Sport-Stopka GmbH & Co.KG, an official dealer for Jaguar and Maserati, from 2005 to 2009.

From 2009 to 2012, Simon attended Fachhochschule der Wirtschaft (FHDW) and earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Automotive Management through dual diploma studies. The program was led by Prof. Dr. Bratzel.

In 2019, Simon participated in management training at Team Dr. Rosenkranz. Simon completed a course in Transactional Analysis and another course in Group dynamics.
