Nir Stanger has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. In 2020, they joined ChargeAfter - The Buy Now Pay Later Platform as the Director of Business & Legal Affairs. Prior to this, they served as a Program Manager and Project Manager at the same company, focusing on contract negotiations, proposal preparation, program coordination, and performance oversight.

From 2018 to 2020, Nir worked at Amit, Pollak, Matalon & Co., where they held the position of Associate Attorney in the High Tech & Venture Capital Department. In this role, they provided legal services to clients in the Israeli High Tech Ecosystem, including venture capital funds, start-ups, and technology companies.

Prior to that, Nir worked as a Junior Legislative Analyst for MK Stav Shafir at the Knesset from 2015 to 2016.

In 2016, they also worked as a Project Specialist at Careebiz, where they developed project strategies and managed the implementation of an Online Career Management Platform.

Nir's earlier experience includes serving as a Corporate Law Research Assistant at Tel Aviv University from 2016 to 2017 and working as an Operations Manager for the Israeli Navy's Special Forces from 2008 to 2013. Nir was recognized for their excellence in this role through the Unit's "Certificate of Excellence" Award in 2012.

Nir Stanger obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Law from Tel Aviv University, where they studied from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, they attended the Frankfurt International School from 2003 to 2005, although the degree and field of study for that period are not provided. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Certified Member (CM) certification from the Israel Bar Association in August 2019.
