Ron Schoolcraft

Ron Schoolcraft currently serves as the Vice President of Merchant Sales and Operations at ChargeAfter since July 2022. Prior to this role, Ron was with Acceptance Now for 25 years, where responsibilities included business development, operations support, and managing key vendor relationships as Vice President of Business Development/Operations/Sales/Technology. Earlier in the career at Acceptance Now, Ron worked as Regional Director, overseeing over 100 multi-unit locations and a team of district managers. Ron also held the position of Regional Director at Rent-A-Center from November 2006 to January 2012, managing a similar number of locations and district managers. Ron's early career included roles as District Manager and Store Manager at Rent A Center and service as a Senior Information Management Specialist in the United States Air Force from January 1993 to January 1997.
