Aasis Yadav has had a diverse work experience in the fields of solution consulting, pre-sales, and strategy consulting. Aasis started their career as an Intern at Wipro, where they developed a framework for analyzing the company's positioning in the utilities sector and was awarded for their exemplary performance. Aasis later became an Operations Officer at Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited, where they were involved in RFP evaluations and led the development of a scheduling software.

Yadav then joined Wipro Limited as a Senior Solution Consultant, winning projects and adding new client logos in Europe and North America.
