Arishya Banu

Arishya Banu has extensive experience in the field of human resources, having worked in various roles and companies. Arishya started their career as an HR Intern at LatentView Analytics in January 2014. Arishya then transitioned to the role of HR Executive, where they worked until October 2014. In November 2014, they joined Hinduja Tech Limited, where they held the position of HR Executive until June 2017.

In June 2017, Arishya Banu moved to Pickyourtrail, taking on the role of HR Manager Business Partner - People and Culture. Arishya remained with the company until August 2020.

Their most recent role was with Chargebee, where they assumed the position of Principal Talent Evangelist in September 2020. Arishya was later promoted to Manager People Success Partner - CPO & CTO - India in January 2022.

Arishya Banu earned a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Industrial Biotechnology from the College of Engineering, Guindy, during the period of 2006 to 2010. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from M.O.P. Vaishnav College For Women in India, from 2012 to 2014.
