Denis Curran is General Counsel of Chargebee, where he serves as a trusted strategic advisor to the executive team and board of directors. He is responsible for all aspects of Chargebee’s legal affairs around the world, including oversight of Chargebee's global team of attorneys, corporate governance, commercial contracts, compliance, strategic transactions, regulatory matters, global ethics and intellectual property.

Denis has more than two decades of experience as a corporate attorney in the technology and clean energy space, providing practical advice and helping to execute strategic growth initiatives.
