Fahd Adam

Associate Director - Global Renewals at Chargebee

Fahd Adam has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Fahd started their career at MeritGroup as a Part Time Associate, where they conducted surveys and achieved high verification rates. Fahd also conducted training programs for team members to boost productivity. Fahd then became a Team Lead, Voice Projects at MeritGroup, where they acted as a single point of contact for clients, leading weekly conference calls and implementing streamlined procedures to improve results.

In 2010, Fahd joined dZine-hub as a Project Delivery Manager, responsible for managing client projects and providing consultation on conversion optimized designs for online businesses. Later, they progressed to become the Senior Manager, Sales Business Development, overseeing inbound sales and outbound up-sells and cross-sells.

Fahd founded their own company called Famirad in 2019, where they served as the Founder. Famirad specialized in importing and selling scarves in India, with unique designer creations.

Currently, Fahd is working at Chargebee as a Senior Account Manager - Customer Success. Fahd handles renewals, retention, and expansion for the company's enterprise customers in the US. Fahd also recently took on the role of Manager - Account Management, US at Chargebee.

Fahd Adam completed a Diploma in Software Engineering at the National Institute of Information Technology from 2005 to 2006. Simultaneously, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Dwaraka Doss Goverdhan Doss Vaishnav College from 2005 to 2008. In March 2006, Fahd Adam obtained a certification as a Microsoft Certified Professional in MS-SQL from Microsoft.
