John M. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. John currently holds the position of Principal Technical Writer at Chargebee since January 2022. In this role, they are responsible for managing the tech documentation information architecture for multi-product offerings, as well as implementing a Jamstack API documentation. John also handles spec naming for updates to the public API.

Before their current role, John worked as a Senior Technical Writer at Chargebee from April 2019 to December 2021. During this time, they received the "Chargebee Value Champion" award twice for their curiosity. Their responsibilities included developing a stringent review process for all APIs and making technical edits to the Chargebee Engineering blog.

Prior to joining Chargebee, John worked as a Technical Writer at Chargebee from June 2018 to April 2019. John actively participated in product reviews, suggested changes to design and UX copy, and authored comprehensive user documentation for a major product wing.

John also gained experience at Wifinity Technology Pvt. Ltd. as a Senior Firmware Developer from September 2011 to August 2013. Their primary responsibilities included firmware development in C for an Internet-of-Things architecture and creating technical documentation to facilitate onboarding of new developers. John also authored product-assembly and on-site installation guides.

Before joining Wifinity Technology, John worked at Infinite Computer Solutions as a Sr. Technical Support Executive from January 2011 to August 2011. Their role involved troubleshooting Windows/Mac workstations, identifying documentation errors, and handling critical customer escalations.

John was responsible for monitoring support calls to assess adherence to communication standards and mentoring executives to improve their support call performance. In March 2018, they acquired the "CompTIA Network+ (N10-006) Cert Prep: 1 Understanding Networks" and "CompTIA Network+ (N10-006) Cert Prep: 2 The Physical Network" certifications, also from LinkedIn. Furthermore, in February 2020, they obtained the "Common European Framework of Reference for Languages" certification from the British Council.
