Sushant Kumar

Sushant Kumar has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Sushant started their career as an Officer Sponsorship at KIIT Model United Nation and TEDx KIIT University in 2016. Sushant then became an Officer Sponsorship at KIIT Fest in 2017 and later served as a Marketing Intern at Audi India. In the same year, they also took on the role of Director of Sponsorship at KIIT MUN and USG Head of Operations at KIIT International MUN.

In 2018, Sushant joined AIESEC as a Team Member before being promoted to BalaKalakar - Organising Committee President. Sushant then became the Organising Committee President of SLC 2017 and a Team Leader Outbound Market oGV. In 2018, they took on the role of Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at AIESEC.

Following their time at AIESEC, Sushant joined HighRadius in 2018, starting as an Enterprise Financial Technology Advisor and gradually ascending to various positions such as Campaign Management Associate, Senior Campaign Management Associate, and Lead Marketing Specialist. In these roles, they were responsible for campaign planning and execution, email optimization, and event coordination. Sushant also developed a funneling model based on contact engagement.

Currently, Sushant is working at Chargebee as a Senior Marketing Specialist, where they assume responsibilities in marketing strategies and campaigns.

Sushant Kumar completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science from Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology, Bhubaneswar. Sushant attended the institute from 2015 to 2019.
