Will McLure

Will McLure has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Will most recently worked at Chargebee as a Senior Product Designer, focusing on retention. Prior to that, they were a Design Lead at Apto Payments, where they led a design sprint and collaborated with the product manager on the MVP release of the Developer Portal rebuild. Will also worked as a Product Designer at Angi, where they co-led a UI rebrand and designed various features such as an accounting middleware sync dashboard and in-app payments platform. Before that, they were a Product Designer at mHelpDesk, where they designed a lead booking landing page form and worked on the redesign of the pro mobile app. Will's early work experience includes a UX Designer role at Designation, where they collaborated on user-centered design projects, and various roles at MedStar National Rehabilitation Network, including Admissions Team Lead, Admissions Office Assistant, Executive Assistant to Chief Nursing Officer, Quality and Patient Safety Intern, and Accounting Intern.

Will McLure completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Maryland from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they studied General Studies at Montgomery College from 2009 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, Will McLure obtained several certifications including "Input and Interaction" and "Social Computing" from Coursera in May 2018, as well as "Design Principles: an Introduction" in January 2018 and "Human-Centered Design: an Introduction" in December 2017.
