Tom Rittel

Tom Rittel serves as the Operational Excellence Manager at chargecloud GmbH since July 2023, where responsibilities include developing and implementing an OPEX framework aligned with agile methodologies. Prior to this role, Tom functioned as a Qualitäts- und Prozessmanager, overseeing the establishment of a quality management system (QMS) to ISO 9001 certification. From October 2020 to July 2023, Tom worked at DOYMA GmbH & Co as a Mitarbeiter in der Qualitätssicherung, focusing on integrating quality into product development and resolving quality issues. Earlier experience includes leadership and quality control roles at BASF, as well as technical positions at INEOS and Kronos Titan-GmbH & Co. OHG. Tom graduated as a Chemikant from BBS Wilhelmshaven in January 2010.
