Mor Rozen

Mor Rozen is a Talent Acquisition Partner at Chargeflow, where they focus on scaling teams and enhancing candidate experiences in the fintech and fraud prevention sectors. Previously, Mor served as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Qualitest Israel and as a Global Talent Acquisition Partner at Antidote Health, where they established structured hiring processes for growing startups. Their experience also includes a role as a Teaching Assistant at Reichman University, supporting Master's-level courses in Organizational Behavior and Development. Mor holds an M.A. in Organizational Behavior & Development from Reichman University, graduating with honors, and a B.A. in Economics & Management from The College of Management Academic Studies. In addition to their professional achievements, Mor is a former Israeli cycling champion.
