Jeff Bergeland

SVP, Client Success at ChargeItSpot

Jeff Bergeland is ChargeItSpot's SVP of Client Success and is responsible for all aspects of ensuring productive and successful client partnerships. His team consists of specialists in marketing, design, communication, and data analysis.

Jeff received a bachelor's degree from the University of Colorado Boulder, and had an impressive career in retail before joining ChargeItSpot in April of 2014. He served 11 years in various leadership roles for Urban Outfitters, before ending up in an operations role in Philadelphia where he first learned of ChargeItSpot.

As a member of ChargeItSpot's senior management team, Jeff brings a passion for developing retail experiences and incorporating relevant, sales-driving technology into the evolving consumer landscape. Outside of ChargeItSpot, he is an active father of three and pursues his love for the alpine sports as often as possible.
