Eric Batill

Eric Batill has a diverse background in corporate transactions and legal M&A functions. With experience in companies such as ChargePoint, Palo Alto Networks, Cooley LLP, SI-BONE, Inc., and SOURCECORP, Eric has managed corporate financing transactions, led legal M&A activities, and created technical and business development strategies. Eric holds a JD in Corporate Transactions from Santa Clara University School of Law and a BA in Psychology from the University of Notre Dame.
