JD (Jagdeep) Singh is an experienced executive with a strong background in customer service and management within the technology sector. Currently serving as Chief Customer Officer at ChargePoint since October 2022, JD oversees all post-sales operations in the EVSE industry. Prior to this role, JD spent nearly a decade at HPE Aruba Networking as SVP/GM and Chief Customer Officer, managing customer-related functions for the Intelligent Edge Business Unit. JD's career also includes leadership positions at Violin Memory, Aruba Networks, and Nortel Networks. JD holds an MBA from Santa Clara University, a Master’s degree in Computer Science from California State University, Chico, and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, also from California State University, Chico.
