Jennifer Kim serves as the Senior Director of Global Labor & Employment Counsel at ChargePoint, overseeing a variety of global employment matters across multiple countries. With extensive experience in employment law, Jennifer has held senior legal positions at Intuit, Pharmacyclics (an AbbVie Company), and American Apparel, providing strategic counsel on recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and litigation. Jennifer's legal career began as an associate at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP and Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman & Dicker LLP, following a litigation clerk role at Irell & Manella LLP. Jennifer holds a Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law, a Master of Science in Comparative Politics from The London School of Economics and Political Science, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from UCLA.
