John Park

John Park is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in product counsel and corporate law. Currently serving as Senior Director, Global Lead Product Counsel at ChargePoint since 2023, John leads legal strategy for hardware, cloud/SaaS, and services. Previously, John held the position of Senior Director, Associate General Counsel at Snowflake, where responsibilities included structuring complex agreements for strategic partnerships. At VMware, John was the Director and Assistant General Counsel, overseeing legal matters for the largest software and cloud services business unit and managing strategic alliances with major cloud hyperscalers. Earlier roles included Senior Corporate Counsel at Amazon, Director of Legal at NVIDIA, Corporate Counsel at IBM, and Corporate and Securities Associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati. John holds a J.D. from Cornell Law School and an undergraduate degree from Cornell University.
