Rex Allison is a firmware and electrical engineer with extensive experience in motor control applications and firmware development. Currently employed at ChargePoint since February 2023, Rex is focused on Zephyr-based microcontroller firmware. Prior experience includes roles at Amazon Lab126, Equalia LLC, Apple, and Lab126, where Rex specialized in firmware for motor controls and participated in special projects. Earlier roles at Atmel Corporation, Curtis Instruments, Animatics, Zilog, and Asyst Technologies involved developing motor control applications and hardware for various systems.
