Matt Teske is an accomplished entrepreneur and marketing professional with over two decades of experience in various leadership roles. As the Founder and CEO of Chargeway since June 2017, Matt has developed a software platform that enhances the electric vehicle customer experience. Prior to Chargeway, Matt was CEO and Creative Director at Teske Design, providing branding and marketing services. Matt also served as CSO and Creative Director at Drive Marketing Group, focusing on strategy and business development. Other notable roles include Founder and Brand Manager of Ekset Apparel and Marketing and New Business Development at Primedia. Matt began their career as Marketing and Corporate Relations Manager at the General Motors Enthusiast Network. Matt holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Public Relations from Gonzaga University.

Chargeway® is a software platform, mobile app and communication solution for the auto industry designed to improve the electric car customer experience with “electric fuel”. Using colors and numbers, Chargeway® creates a simple identity for charging plug and power options offering industry stakeholders and consumers an easier way to understand how electric cars are charged. Chargeway® is at the center of an electric car industry coalition including electric utilities, auto dealerships, automakers, charging networks and governments. The resulting product is a communication strategy that explains electric car charging to mainstream consumers that is as easy to understand as buying "regular" gas in an internal combustion engine vehicle.
