Chad Estes has over 15 years of work experience in Product Management, Customer Success, and Consultancy roles. In 2003, they began their career at Perfect Commerce as a Senior Product Manager and Senior Consultant. In 2007, they joined Vitrue, Inc. as VP of Client Partnerships and Director of Strategic Services. In 2012, Vitrue was acquired by Oracle, where they became Senior Director of Product Management. In 2013, they joined BLiNQ Media as EVP of Product Management. In 2015, they were hand-picked by the executive board chairman of Willful Capital to lead Product Management organizations for two sister companies, Connectik & Chatsuite. In 2017, they began working as an Independent Consultant, providing customer success and product management consultation and advisory services. In 2021, they joined Chargify as VP of Customer Success for SaaSOptics+Chargify. Chad currently works at Maxio as Head of Customer Success, managing all aspects of the customer lifecycle post-sale.

Chad Estes attended the United States Air Force Academy from 1993 to 1993, where they completed Basic Cadet Training. Chad then attended the University of Florida from 1994 to 1998, where they earned a BS in Industrial Engineering.
