Matthew Munroe has a diverse work experience having held roles at a variety of companies since 2014. Matthew began their career as a Phonathon Caller at Trinity University in 2014 and then went on to become a Phonathon Supervisor at the same university in 2015. In 2016, they were an Intern at the Greater Houston Partnership in the International Investment and Trade sector. In 2017, they were an Intern at the European Institute for Entrepreneurship, helping to organize and prepare for the first ever GCEC European Summit. In 2018, they held two roles at Geekdom as a Community Manager and Intern. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at Keen as a Customer Success Specialist and then at Chargify as a Sr. Product Support Consultant (Keen). Currently, they are a Customer Success Manager at Maxio.
