Simone Rieth

Simone Rieth is the owner of RIETHWERK - Organisationsentwicklung since November 2016 and serves as a consultant for organizational development with "Mitbestimmung in Thüringer Kommunen" under the Thüringen Ministry of Education. With extensive experience in facilitating participatory processes in over 40 municipalities in Thuringia, Simone Rieth specializes in integrating youth participation into local decision-making. Additional roles include advising on integrated social planning and coaching project teams within various programs, including the Bundesprogramm "Zusammenhalt durch Teilhabe." Other positions include process coordinator with the Institut für kommunale Planung und Entwicklung, and leadership roles in non-profit organizations focused on democratic strengthening. Educational achievements include a Master of Arts in Organizational Development and ongoing training as a conflict trainer.
