Zil E Huma is a UX Researcher with extensive experience in user research and discovery, currently employed at Charitable Impact since November 2021, where over 50 user interviews and usability tests have been conducted to align platform features with user needs. Prior experience includes a role at Mitacs from January to May 2021, focusing on vaping cessation and emotional well-being research, alongside collaboration with medical researchers to guide project objectives.
