Our goal is to shift the sector’s narrative on ‘digital transformation’ away from a focus on digitising and updating old technology to holistic ‘organisational transformation', where radical shifts in culture - transforming people, processes and technology - help us thrive in and respond to 21st century needs.

One of the most common problems we see in non-profits is when leaders are change-ready but not sure where to start to make change happen. 

That's why we are working on a set of toolkits to break down the complexity of a change process into smaller steps.

We studied why transformation gets stuck, then distilled insights from 50 + sector change makers and our own experience into practical guidance.

The emerging toolkits cover a range of topics, from skills, to culture and mindset to how to make data work for your organisation, leadership and strategic decision making and challenging silos.
