Nicole Schulz

Nicole Schulz has a robust background in IT service delivery and support management, currently serving as the Director of Service Delivery at Charles IT since May 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Support Services and Client Services Manager at CompassMSP, formerly IT Direct, from September 2010 to July 2022. Nicole also held the position of IT Manager at the Connecticut Science Center from February 2005 to November 2010. Educationally, Nicole attended Manchester Community College from 1996 to 1999 and completed additional training at New Horizons.
