Ellen Yang is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and software development. Currently serving as Director of Engineering at Charles River Development since December 2018, Ellen leads teams focused on multi-asset trading, trade automation, and order management within the Charles River Investment Management System and State Street Alpha Platform. Prior to this role, Ellen was Director of Software Engineering at ITG from March 2001 to November 2018, where leadership of globally distributed teams resulted in the delivery of high-performance Execution Management Systems. Earlier experience includes positions at DoubleClick, LLC as a Technical Manager, and at China Merchants Bank as Team Lead/Manager, where Ellen developed real-time banking solutions. Ellen holds a BS and MS with High Honors in Computer Science and Engineering from Beihang University.
