Lisa Gotts, MBA, is a seasoned data analytics professional with extensive experience in data services and management operations. Currently serving as Principal Data Analyst at Charles River Development since February 2016, Lisa has progressed through various roles within the company, including Senior Data Analyst and Data Analyst. Prior to this, Lisa contributed to Babson College's IT department on special projects from May 2014 to January 2016 and held positions at BNY Mellon from July 2008 to May 2014, including Analyst and Senior Operations Specialist in data management operations, along with a role as Senior Associate in data reconciliation. Lisa obtained an MBA from Northeastern University and a BS from St. Lawrence University.
