Devendra Mandava is an AI Engineer at Charles Schwab since June 2024. Prior to this role, Devendra worked as a Machine Learning Engineer at Channel Soft IT Services Pvt Ltd from January 2021 to June 2023. Devendra began the professional journey as a Research Assistant at VIT-AP University in 2020, where expertise was developed in creating a computer vision model using transfer learning with CNN architectures, including ResNet and VGG, to detect and classify plant diseases through leaf images while applying deep learning techniques to enhance image recognition accuracy and facilitate AI-driven early disease detection.
