Ruby Roberts

Ruby Roberts, QKA, is currently a Director of Consultant Relations at Charles Schwab, where they collaborate with consultants to prioritize the needs of plan sponsors and their participants. With previous roles including Senior Manager and Team Manager within the firm, Ruby has extensive experience in consultant support and relationship management. Prior to joining Schwab, Ruby worked as a Customer Service Representative at Fifth Third Bank. Ruby is also pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus in Finance at Kent State University.
