Xiang Sun has extensive experience in accounting, audit, and risk management, with a proven track record in building high-performing internal audit teams for large financial services firms. Currently, at Charles Schwab, they lead a team focused on broker dealer and asset management audits, as well as initiatives in automated investing, model risk management, and data analytics. Prior to this role, Xiang spent eight years at Deloitte, where they honed skills in internal control and financial statements audits and completed a global development program in Beijing. With a diverse background that includes positions at URS Corporation, Janus Capital Group, and The Carlyle Group, they offer expertise that enhances efficiency, regulatory compliance, and business growth. Xiang holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from Colorado State University.
