Daniel Baron

Daniel Baron is a seasoned insurance professional with extensive experience in claims management and adjustment, currently serving as an Executive Casualty Claims Adjuster at Charles Taylor since February 2022, where large and complex claims for insurers and reinsurers are handled. Previously, Daniel worked with RTS International Loss Adjusters and Zelle LLP, focusing on claims in the Latin American region. Prior roles include an Associate position at Kennedys Americas, where Daniel provided claim management services for significant insurance cases across multiple Latin American countries, and as Owner of Barón & Pérez Rachel SRL, managing a firm dedicated to insurance-related matters. Daniel began career as an Assistant Manager in Claims at AIG, overseeing key supervisory responsibilities. Daniel holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the University of Buenos Aires.
