Charlotte Cake Atelier was founded in 2020 by Jaanvi Khanna, a designer-turned-baker with a passion for creating desserts that are as beautiful as they are delicious. What began in a small home kitchen has grown into a boutique brand known for its personalised, handcrafted confections.

Jaanvi’s creative journey began at NIFT Mumbai, where she was inspired by design, texture, and aesthetics. Her love for baking led her to pursue a Diploma in Bakery & Confectionery at IHM Pusa, followed by an Advanced Diploma in Bakery & Pastry Arts, from the Academy of Pastry Arts, Gurgaon. It was here that she discovered how to turn her artistic flair into edible works of art.
