Charm City Impact is a Black-led 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Baltimore City, providing equitable and transparent fiscal sponsorship for grassroots organizations led by people of color. We focus on helping leaders who are building community-based programs but don't have the infrastructure or resources to manage everything on their own. Many grassroots organizers face obstacles due to issues rooted in disinvestment, such as limited credentials, liability, or infrastructure. We offer comprehensive services such as fiscal management, insurance, HR, legal support, leadership coaching, and fundraising strategy development so leaders can focus on their mission. We are filling the void by providing fiscal sponsorship rooted in trust, cultural understanding, and a deep commitment to supporting Black, Brown, and Indigenous leadership in the Baltimore and surrounding DMV area.
