As VP of Technical Services since 2005, he oversees the customer service and technical support departments and the global distribution network of over 70 business partners. His knowledge of food safety and best industry practices in the core market segments of dairy, food & beverage, meat, and feed & grain help guide the customers in implementing the products to improve their product quality and brand.

Steve has a vast global network of contacts based on the distribution and customer partners as well as affiliations within the IDF network.
