James Bang

James Bang is an experienced professional in management and sales, currently serving as the General Manager for Central America at Charming since January 2021. Prior to this role, James Bang held the position of Managing Director at Carlyle S.A from December 2017 to January 2021, contributing to the manufacture of heat transfer labels in Guatemala. Previous experiences include serving as GM in Korea at NATco, and as East Asia Sales Director at Checkpoint Systems, where management of the Korea office was a key responsibility. James Bang also launched and managed Shore To Shore in Korea from July 2002 to May 2011. Early career roles include sales management positions at scott tag & label and U.S Label/Artistic. James Bang earned a Bachelor's degree in Forest Product and Engineering from Kookmin University between 1988 and 1994.
