Josep Pous has extensive experience in various leadership roles in companies such as CHARMING, Neutex Home Deco GmbH, Populetic, Industrias Murtra, Avery Dennison, Nodelay Group, Festina-Lotus Group, Fluidra, and Checkpoint Systems. Josep holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, a Master in Marketing from EADA Business School, and a PDD in General Management from IESE Business School.
