Josh Bailey is an experienced construction management professional with a strong track record in project management and client relationship maintenance. Currently serving as VP of the Charps Eastern Division since February 2019, Bailey oversees construction work plans, ensuring their sufficiency and safe execution while observing and reporting on construction processes. Prior to this role, experiences include project management positions at Vercon, Inc., S.J. Louis Construction, and T. E. Ibberson, where responsibilities spanned estimating, contract and change order management, procurement, and risk analysis. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Bemidji State University and an Associate of Arts from Itasca Community College.
