Chuck Corsillo

Chuck Corsillo has extensive experience in the financial and accounting field. Chuck began their career as an Associate at Ricci & Corsillo, Inc. in 2004 before moving on to join Grant Thornton LLP as an Experienced Senior Audit Associate in 2005. In 2010, they joined Chart Industries, Inc. and held various roles including Senior Financial Reporting Analyst, Financial Reporting Manager, Director of Internal Audit, and Director of Accounting and Reporting. Chuck then became the Controller of Chart Cooler Service Company, Inc. before being promoted to Assistant Corporate Controller and subsequently Corporate Controller. Chuck later served as the Vice President of Treasury and currently holds the position of Vice President of Corporate & Technical Accounting. Throughout their career, Chuck has demonstrated their expertise in financial reporting, technical accounting, and overseeing corporate financial activities.

Chuck Corsillo earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from Miami University from 2000 to 2004. Chuck then pursued a Master of Science degree in Accountancy at John Carroll University from 2004 to 2005. Furthermore, they obtained their CPA certification from the Accountancy Board of Ohio in 2009.
