Ernane Piccolo

Ernane Piccolo has extensive experience in various roles within the engineering and operations management field. Ernane started their career at Fibercore Limited as a Maintenance Mechanic from 2000 to 2002. From 2002 to 2007, they worked at Dresser-Rand as an Application Engineer, specializing in retrofits, revamps, and services of Reciprocating Compressors.

In 2007, Ernane joined Howden, A Chart Industries Company, where they held multiple positions. Ernane began as a Sales Engineer and later became the Aftermarket Manager from 2012 to 2013. Ernane then served as the Marketing Business Development Manager from 2013 to 2017, focusing on expanding market presence in Central America, Colombia, and Ecuador.

From 2017 to 2019, Ernane worked as the Regional Marketing Manager for the Americas and the Global Mining Marketing Lead. Ernane was responsible for market research, marketing plans, and strategy implementation. Following that, they took on the role of Operations Manager - Aftermarket from 2019 to 2020, overseeing the business and operational performance of Howden Americas AFM.

Currently, Ernane holds the position of Director of Application Engineering at Chart Industries, Inc. which they started in 2023.

Ernane Piccolo earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Executive MBA from the University at Buffalo School of Management, The State University of New York from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they completed a post-graduation program in Business Strategic Management from the Universidade Estadual de Campinas between 2008 and 2010. Ernane holds a bachelor's degree in Control and Automation Engineering from Universidade Paulista, obtained in 2005. Ernane also received a Mechanical Technician certification from COTIL - Colégio Técnico de Limeira, which they completed from 1995 to 2000. Ernane has an additional certification as a Value Selling Master Black Belt from Colfax Corporation.
