Gerry Vinci

Gerry Vinci is an experienced human resources executive, currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Chart Industries, Inc. since December 2016, overseeing HR functions for a company specializing in engineered equipment and systems for various markets. Prior to this role, Gerry held several key positions at Dover Corporation, including Vice President of Human Resources for both Dover Engineered Systems and the Dover Refrigeration & Food Equipment Segment, focusing on critical equipment design and innovative food service solutions. Earlier experience includes serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Hillphoenix, Inc., and Harsco Infrastructure Group, providing strategic HR partnerships and support. Gerry began a professional career as an attorney at Sunoco from 1990 to 1996. Gerry holds a JD from Temple University and a BA in Economics from Villanova University.
