John Wadella has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. John started their career as a Consultant at the Atlanta Committee for the Olympic Games, where they developed a computerized tracking system for ticket distribution. John then worked as a Director of Project Management at Universal Marketing Associates, focusing on enhancing company growth. John also served as a Consultant and Senior Service Delivery Manager at Electronic Data Systems, where they worked on developing managed wide area network services. John later joined CCC Network Systems as the Vice President of Product Management, leading a turnaround effort and ensuring competitive and customer-oriented products. John also worked at ACS and AT&T Wireless as a Senior Consultant, where they assisted in merger activities and led enterprise document management projects. John then transitioned to a Senior Manager position at EMC, responsible for strategic delivery of services and managing consultant teams. Most recently, John has been working at Phillips 66 since 2012, initially as a Senior Advisor/Consultant focusing on sales force excellence and later as the Director of U.S. Marketing Strategic Planning & Optimization. Currently, they hold the position of Director M&A Business Integration at Chart Industries, Inc.

John Wadella attended Waldorf University from 2013 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Fire Science. Prior to attending Waldorf University, they also graduated from Fairmont East High School from 1973 to 1977. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification as a Challenger Sale Facilitator from the Corporate Executive Board (CEB) in 2013.
