Ralph Falke has a diverse and extensive work experience. Ralph started their career at GE in various leadership roles, including Treasurer and Capital Allocation Leader for GE Commercial Finance and being part of GE Corporate Audit Staff. Ralph then served as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President at GE Capital Canada, where they managed the financial operations and successfully navigated through the financial crisis. Falke later joined GE Transportation, a Wabtec company, as the Global Risk Leader, where they implemented robust control infrastructure and restated a significant amount of deferred revenue. Ralph then moved to GE Power & Water, where they held the position of Global Commercial Finance Leader and led the digitization and automation of key processes. After that, they joined Bloom Energy as Vice President of Finance, overseeing various business segments and providing support for board communications and investor relations. Currently, Falke is working at Chart Industries, Inc. as the Senior Vice President of Finance, responsible for driving profitable growth and integrating businesses.
Ralph Falke studied at Penn State University from 1992 to 1997, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, General. Additionally, they completed online courses at Harvard Business School in Disruptive Strategy and Business, Government & International Economies.
